Elk brings decades of technology leadership experience spanning the entertainment, hospitality, food and beverage, and retail industries, having supported iconic brands including Disney, Universal, Six Flags, and SeaWorld. Most recently, he served as CIO at Zaxby’s, where he led a comprehensive IT transformation, modernizing infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity, and enabling scalable growth. Known as an early adopter of AI, IoT, and mobile technologies, Elk brings a forward-thinking approach to technology leadership that consistently drives operational efficiency and innovation.
