Wong brings extensive product leadership experience building innovative financial SaaS and payments platforms, having held senior roles at JPMorgan Chase, ACI Worldwide, and Worldpay. He has led teams of 100 or more, with deep expertise in CX/UX, agile transformation, cloud modernization, and AI/ML-driven product innovation. In his new role, he will oversee the Merchant Services product portfolio and guide a talented team toward continued growth and innovation.
